The Sotogrande Grand Prix

From Friday 26^th May to Sunday 28^th May Sotogrande will be the epicentre of classic cars as it hosts the inaugural 2017 Sotogrande Grand Prix.

The event, which ranks among the most important of its kind in Europe, forms part of a classic car rally that sets off from historic Sevilla on Wednesday 24^th May and winds its way through scenic Andalusian country routes to reach Sotogrande on the 26^th.

For the next few days Sotogrande will play host to classic car rallies, exhibitions, hill climbs,  speed trials, auction sales and its very own concours d’elegance. You couldn’t wish for a more suitable venue, as locations such as the Sotogrande Marina, the Almenara Hotel and La Reserva Club form the perfect backdrop to a breath-taking collection of some of the most beautiful cars ever made.

These motorised works of art span the past century, from the pre-war era to the sleek classics of the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, all the way to the present and the future. The latter is represented by unique prototypes, but above all the Sotogrande GP is both about celebrating the beauty of the finest motorcars and enjoying a family day filled with activities.

• Sevilla to Córdoba rally, followed by exhibition and cocktail and dinner event in Córdoba

Friday 26^th may

• Track race and lunch at Race Resort Ascari near Ronda
• Top Marques exhibition of premium car brands at the Sotogrande Marina and La Reserva Golf Club
• Sotogrande Marina cocktail event
• The Flying ¼ Mile at the Paseo del Parque in Sotogrande
• Tour of Sotogrande GP Rally participants through the marina
• Dinner party at Trocadero Beach Club, Sotogrande

Saturday 27^th May

• Top Marques exhibition of premium car brands at the Sotogrande Marina and La Reserva Golf Club
• Concours d’Elegance at the La Reserva Golf Club
• Sotogrande GT Tour at the Hotel Almenara, followed by lunch at Cancha II Ayala Polo Club and cocktail with gala dinner at the La Reserva Golf Club
• The La Reserva Hill Climb at La Reserva Resort
• Sotogrande Sale – car, art and jewellery auction at the Bonhams marquee, La Reserva Golf Club

Sunday 28^th May

• Top Marques exhibition of premium car brands at the Sotogrande Marina and La Reserva Golf Club
• Concours d’Elegance prize-giving at the VIP marquee, La Reserva Golf Club
• Sotogrande Grand Prix garden party at La Reserva Golf Club
