WORK STARTS ON SOTOGRANDE’S LA RESERVA

The exciting plans for Sotogrande’s La Reserva have moved a step forward as construction has started on the further development of infrastructure for the exclusive development.

Work to complete the internal road network is due to be completed in June 2016 at a reported cost of €8 million and will provide access to the area known as La Gran Reserva, which is at the heart of the development project. Building plots here offer magnificent vistas across La Reserva, its golf course and out to the Mediterranean Sea.

This infrastructure is critical to the success of the ambitious project, which will feature a children’s golf course, upgraded equestrian centre, spa, exclusive country club with family facilities, rackets club and a three hectare swimming lagoon complete with beaches.

They plan to construct Valderrama 2 at nearby Castellar with a total investment of €200 million over the next ten years.
